How we got to the end of another year to quickly? I have no idea – it doesn’t seem possible. But I feel like with each new year comes the feeling of a fresh start, a blank slate, and an opportunity to do things differently! It’s like a goal-setting for business owners holiday.

Instead of telling you what you should do or how you should do it in the new year, my goal is to help you find clarity on what’s right for you by asking a lot of good questions. Honestly, I’d treat this podcast like a mini coaching exercise and come prepped with a journal.

The Top Regrets of the Dying

It might sound morbid, but I’ve been so blessed to get a few experiences in my life that reminded me of mortality. It’s shaped how I do things and even how I coach. We don’t know how long we have on this earth. I think it’s important to live as fully as we can while we’re here.

So, to start this episode, I share the top five regrets expressed by people on their death beds. If we can learn from them early, maybe we can make changes before it’s too late.
